Making a Frappe?

A couple of us turned in for work on Monday morning showing signs of excessive Sun exposure….. living in the UK the risk posed by the sun is interrupted by long periods of drizzle!! so to make the most of the sunshine here is a little help creating a caramel Frappe….. keeping your customers cool whilst keeping the coffee sales going 🙂

Caramel Latte:

-Ingredients, Monin Caramel syrup, Single shot of espresso, single scoop of vanilla ice cream, 300ml semi skimed milk.

-Combine 35ml Monin caramel syrup, single shot of espresso, ice cubes, milk & ice cream and spindle mix before serving in a high ball tumbler.
