Now that the Halloween season is upon us I wanted share a seasonal recipe to help you make some fantastic themed drinks.
Spiced Pumpkin Latte:
approx 220ml Semi skimmed Milk
50ml of Spiced Pumpkin Syrup (Re’al Pumpkin infused syrup available from us)
50ml single shot of espresso (We used our Ballante di capre blend)
Prepare your espresso, add 50ml of spiced pumpkin infused syrup to the milk in the frothing jug then steam and texture the milk taking care not to over heat the milk. Pour the steamed and textured milk into a mug leaving room for your espresso to be added and the cream garnish.
