Ballante di Capre is one of the early signature blends from Dancing Goat Coffee. Still a firm favourite because we aimed to create a coffee which worked well as an espresso but also carries enough character to work well with milk. This created a coffee which is still in demand across coffee shops and wine bars alike. It features across drinks menus from breakfast time to the evening espresso martini.

Ballante di Capre whole bean coffee is a smooth tasting espresso with hints of mellow caramel and chocolate flavours. A well balanced blend of South American Arabica beans convection roasted to perfection. The result is a top line espresso and a perfect partner for milk in cappuccino, latte and macchiato. The coffee blend also forms part of our Best Seller Selection along side the other ever popular coffees Cafe Bar and the darker roast White Rose Republic blend.
