Deliveries

FREE SHIPPING on orders over £75 ex vat, with a 3-5 working days delivery to UK mainland excluding Highlands and Islands. Upgrade to next day delivery on orders placed before 12 noon for £12+vat.

Shipping on orders under £75 are charged at £6+vat for 3-5 working days delivery to UK mainland, excluding Highlands and Islands, with the option to upgrade to next day delivery as above.

Returns

We must receive notification within 24 hours of delivery in writing if you believe your goods to be damaged or faulty. On return, the packaging and the signed delivery note must be marked as damaged. A refund or order replacement will be granted upon successful return and verification the enclosed goods are faulty.
