La Pavoni Vasari 2 Group Lever Machine

The Vasari lever range is a highly durable and robust espresso machine concept. Featuring mechanical chromed brass group heads and minimal electronic systems, the reliability of the equipment has been proven time and again when operating in the harshest environments. The machine has added functionality when the “duel fuel” or “Gas power” optional extra is added, allowing the machine to heat the boiler on electricity alone or through Gas / LPG heating of the boiler. 

Benefiting from a number of unique features, it allows the Barista the closest possible control over espresso preparation. The lever system is designed to only allow hot water from the boiler into the group. When the cylinder is charged this in-turn allows the Barista to control the low pressure “pre-infusion” time to best suit the coffee blend used, creating a more instant Crema on the espresso in the cup and smoother, more subtle flavour to your coffee.

With high capacity on a small foot print, the range can keep up with high demand whilst taking up minimal space on a bar.
