Here at Dancing Goat Coffee it’s either a perfectly poured espresso shot or a rich, creamy cappuccino. Either gives us our daily hot drink fix (using one of our fabulous blends of course!) It seems that we are pretty much in tune with the rest of the country.
The first Square Coffee Report which was published in partnership with the Specialty Coffee Association for 2018, showed that the Latte is the most popular Coffee Shop Drink after it analysed the sales of independent coffee shops and cafes across the UK.
It also showed that we like our coffee best between 10am and 11am. The Flat White and Americano are hot on the heels of the Latte as firm favourites. The quintessential British staple, Tea is also ranked high and it seems like 3pm leads us all for our chocolate fix with a comforting Hot Chocolate.
